I've learnt a new word, "dogged"

dog·ged

• Having or showing tenacity and grim persistence
  • success required dogged determination

The first time i encounter this word is in football. "dogged" defense mean tight and mean defense, usually defended with sheer determination of keeping the ball out, even if it means breaking down the game and make it ugly. I realised this term can be used in real life, too. To succeed, one must be dogged to do that thing well. And for most starters like me, things don't usually end up beautiful and the way I want. But I see the end product of it, it can be as gracefully as it seems, or it can accomplish what I wanted. Nobody will care about what you did in the process, it is what the product counts. It is putting the ball to the back of the net count. I believe with dogged determination, it can all turn out well. Just the way I hope it will.

Ahh....Uni life

Thousand sorries for not updating this blog regularly...i still need some time to get used to blogging..

Well, this few months have been a nice one for me, one part of me finally get to do the things i've always wanted, one part of me finally get things started and going smoothly, and she remains the same, always wonderful, sweet, and never fail to cheer my heart up=)

One part of me finally get to do thgs I always wanted...that's playing futsal in uni! Yes I've been craving for futsal all this while, and though I'm nt a good footballer, but I just like playing futsal. It's like a not so tiring version of football. Heheh

Owh ohh, and also one more...I created my first Android app!!

Don't get me wrong tho, I'm still a Apple fan..just that I'm curious about programming stuff, it's so fun! *nerdy smile

Uni life is just getting better and better, and with you around, I'm enjoying ever minute of my life now.=)

One of the few things waiting for me at home: a new digital camera, bought by my mum.

At first when i heard of it from my mum, it felt sucky "hey son i bought u a new RM400 digital camera. 10megapixels you know!"

10megapixels? It isn't the way you judge a camera mum! even my HTC boost 5 megapixels now!

Well, it turns out to be the opposite by the time i lay my hand on it. It felt lightweight in my hand, takes some nice pictures and although the screen is a little bit grainy, I kinda like it. I think it'll last a few years for me, till i get bored or i get my hand on a DSLR or iphone 4. Haha
